EMDR & Neurofeedback Therapy in Squamish
Healing the stories we carry
and the nervous system that holds them

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with over 15 years of experience supporting youth and adults through mental health and addiction challenges. I understand how deeply these struggles can affect both individuals and their loved ones, and I’m committed to helping people find hope, healing, and meaningful change.
Healing is not only about talking through experiences. It’s also about working with the body and nervous system, where trauma and stress are stored. My approach combines relational therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based practices that support deeper integration, emotional regulation, and self-understanding.

In addition to building a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and LENS Neurofeedback. These approaches work together to gently release stuck patterns, restore balance, and strengthen resilience. Therapy then becomes not just a place to process emotions and beliefs, but a space for the whole system — mind and body — to reset and heal.

I work with youth and adults across BC, both in-person and online. I believe deeply in the innate capacity for growth and healing within every individual. If you're ready to explore a different way of relating to yoursef and the world around you, Id be honoured to support you. Please reach out for a free consultation or to schedule an appointment to learn more about how counselling can help you move forward.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck-whether it’s anxiety, depression, substance use, self-destructive behaviours, or difficulty regulating emotions. Despite their best efforts, they often find themselves repeating familiar cycles. Unresolved trauma, painful experiences, and ingrained survival responses can keep us locked in ways of thinking, feeling, and relating that once protected us- but now hold us back. Together, we work to untangle these patterns, helping you reconnect with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I respectfully and wholeheartedly acknowledge that I live, work, and play on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Tsleil-Waututh, and Musqueam First Nations.
