50 minute individual sessions that provide safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental support for youth and adults navigating mental health challenges.

50 or 75 minute EMDR sessions aimed at helping individuals cope with and heal from traumatic experiences. EMDR aims to alleviate distressing symptoms, foster emotional resilience, and promote adaptive coping mechanisms for improved overall well being.

Sessions take place over a telehealth platform.

Family Session
(Virtual)
Family therapy is a collaborative approach aimed at addressing mental health challenges within the context of family dynamics.
These sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships among family members.
Ultimately, family therapy empowers families to create a nurturing environment conducive to individual and collective well-being.

Family therapy offers a path to stronger relationships for families navigating various challenges including behavioural concerns, substance use, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Adolescent DBT Skills Group
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy is an evidence-based treatment that teaches skills for developing self-awareness, managing emotions, strengthening coping skills, and improving relationships.
​
This virtual group includes four six-week modules over the span of 24 weeks.
This group is available for youth ages 13-18.
